Questions

What people usually ask

Is everything spicy?

No. Fish cake, egg rolls and braised potatoes have no chili at all. For anything else we can make a mild version — just tell us when ordering.

How long does it keep?

Side dishes keep about a week refrigerated. Kimchi keeps for months and simply gets more sour, which is normal and good for cooking.

What does kimchi taste like?

Sour, salty and a little spicy — closer to a pickle than a salad. If it's your first time, ask for the freshly made batch rather than the fermented one.

Can I order every week?

Yes. Several customers get a standing weekly delivery. Just tell us the day and we'll keep it coming.

Do you use Korean ingredients?

Chili powder and salted seafood are imported from Korea. Vegetables are bought fresh from the local market the same morning.

Can I order today?

Sometimes — it depends on what's left. Message us and we'll check right away.
